With a little note explaining the situation and could I please get it asap and would happily pay extra for shipping to get it next day. I was assured by the lady on the phone not to worry and it would be sent next day anyway. 24 hrs later (now Friday) my order was delivered and I was saved! Or not. Unfortunately, the 15 water master drinkers had been sent without the valve stems by the manufacturer. My heart literally sank.. I double checked that they were meant to come with valve stems and made a call. After explaining the situation, I was told it would be rectified, and I now hoped I’d get them Monday before the birds arrival. Now planning ahead to see where I could pinch other drinkers from, I received a call from Chris I think he said. Informing me it would be rectified ASAP. And on Saturday lunchtime my valve stems were with me. I cannot express my gratitude enough. As what is an already stressful time for a keeper mistakes happen. I thought I’d be short on water for one pen but you’ve literally saved my ar*e. To those who helped me and got me sorted many many thanks.
