Delivery & Returns Delivery Information and Charges Orders received before 1 pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day, orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are dispatched on the following working day. All orders are dispatched on a next working day courier service depending on the size of the consignment. Pallet orders will be sent on a 2-3 day service. Please note that we cannot 100% guarantee a next working day delivery at any time. Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order. Once you enter your postcode in the cart or checkout the delivery charge will be calculated. There is a minimum charge of £6 + VAT. Some postcode areas have a higher minimum charge including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands. All deliveries will be sent on a signature service road carrier. We use DPD or DHL for smaller orders We use DX road carrier service for items that exceed 1.19 mtrs in length and/or exceed 30kg in weight. For pallets we use Wyvern Cargo or Logic Distribution For Overseas Delivery Charges or any courier queries please contact us. Because we use a range of couriers there is a range of services available for example: Saturday delivery Before noon delivery Before 10.30am delivery Please call us to arrange an alternative service than those offered online. We can then check the best price for the service required. Please note: some orders we will have to send on a pallet due to the courier cubing charges for single rolls/ or items that exceed a certain length and width. Refunds & Replacements Refunds Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order and request a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, you can contact us within seven working days of delivery of your order, quoting your order number. You must not use your items and must return them unopened and in the original packaging. A refund of the cost of the goods, excluding carriage charges, will be sent to you within 30 days. Replacements Please check that you have ordered correctly and received the right products as soon as they arrive. If you have ordered the incorrect goods in error, we will replace them providing they are returned unused, but this will incur a postal charge. It is important to us that you are satisfied with our service. If you need to return goods to us for any reason more than 7 days after receipt, we will normally issue you a credit note for the value, providing that the goods are unused and in good condition. Before returning any goods to us you must contact us. Loss or Damage Occasionally goods may be lost or damaged in transit. We will send a replacement order when this occurs, but we might need you to provide photographs or collect the damaged item from you so we can provide proof for our carrier claims. In all cases we must be informed of non-arrival, damage or shortages within 14 days of the order being placed otherwise no claim can be made or replacement goods sent.
