    Troubleshooting problems that might involve the Short Thermocouple:

    Burner extinguishes after lighting? 

    • Keep button of the safety device pressed for a longer period (up till 25 seconds)
    • Is the thermocouple nut is connected properly to the safety device and to the EID2G unit? Check the nuts are not loose.
    • Gas pressure lower than minimum requested
    • Heater not suspended at 15 degrees angle
