The Chicken Guard Premium has an automatic door calibration to make the installation process as simple as possible.

The automatic stop feature protects your chickens from getting trapped as the door lowers and also prevents the string from getting tangled if there is an obstruction.

Choose from 4XAA Alkaline batteries or DC power (9V to 12V – cables not included*).

The battery warning light is visible from 100 meters away. You can fit a backup lithium cell battery (CR1220 Lithium cell battery not included) that will keep the clock working when the batteries run out.

The LCD screen ensures it is easy to set up and alter timings when necessary. The extra big buttons ensure you can program the unit with gloves in the winter.

All electronics are enclosed in weatherproof casing, ensuring reliable operation in the most extreme conditions.

ChickenGuard provide a 3 year guarantee, although they obviously build the units to last for longer than that!
