Cricket Netting

Square Mesh Cricket Netting in the UK

We are proud to supply high-quality cricket netting from our Warehouse in Dorset. Our square mesh cricket netting is ideal for lining the border of your cricket pitch, separating training drills or building a practice cage. It is suitable for use indoors or outdoors and will help keep spectators safe. Whatever the use, your Collins Nets cricket nets will provide the perfect protection and will help ensure that cricket balls don’t escape outside the perimeter.

The highest quality materials

Our heavy-duty black cricket netting is held in high regards by the sports community – and for good reason – it’s excellent quality. Collins Nets cricket netting is made from UV stabilised polyethylene twine. It is knotted and overlocked to prevent fraying and increase strength.

We recently upgraded our twine! It now features a 3mm border rope which reinforces the edges. The twine is stronger than ever and will be completely resistant against any adverse weather effects. Our mesh is 2” (50mm) – ensuring no cricket balls will be able to make their way through.

Made to order cricket nets

Cricket Netting FAQs

What is cricket netting used for?

Cricket netting is designed to create safe, enclosed practice areas for batting, bowling, and fielding. It helps contain cricket balls within a specific area, protecting nearby people, buildings, or vehicles from accidental damage.

What types of cricket netting do you supply?

We supply a range of high-quality cricket netting, including complete cage nets, batting cage nets, impact nets, and replacement net panels. Our netting is durable, UV-stabilised, and suitable for schools, clubs, and home practice areas.

How do I choose the right size of cricket netting?

The size you need depends on the area you want to cover and how you plan to use the netting. For batting cages, typical lengths range from 6 metres to 24 metres, with varying widths and heights. If you need help deciding, our team can recommend the best option for your club or garden.

Is your cricket netting weather-resistant?

Yes, all our cricket nets are made from UV-stabilised, rot-proof polyethylene or nylon materials. This means they withstand prolonged outdoor use in all weather conditions without degrading quickly.

Can I buy custom cricket netting sizes?

Yes! We can supply custom-sized cricket nets to fit specific training areas or replacement nets for existing frames. Contact us with your measurements, and we’ll be happy to quote.
