How to dry a drysuit?

Drying your drysuit properly will increase the lifespan of your kit and ensure it performs for years to come. After wearing your suit in a wet environment, you should rinse it with fresh water and then hang it up with all zips closed.

We recommend using a heavy-duty hanger during the drying process to maintain your drysuits shape and allow water to run off and prevent it gathering in the suit. There are plenty of drysuit hangers on the market. We like the HangAir Drying System, which features a high-power fan to aid the drying process.

Drysuits should be stored in a cool, well-vented room out of direct sunlight. If you plan to store your wetsuit in a storage container or drysuit bag make sure it is completely dry before packing it away.
