How much rat poison do I need for my property?

That depends on the size of the infestation and the area you’re covering, but as a guide: for rats, use bait points of 90 to 100g spaced 10 metres apart, reducing to 5 metres where activity is high. For mice, use 20 to 30g points spaced 5 metres apart, reducing to 2 metres in high infestations. A 20kg sack (supplied as two 10kg bags) will typically cover a good number of bait points across a farm, estate, or rearing site, but every situation is different.
