Do I need vermin control?

Deciding whether you need vermin control should be based on what vermin you have encountered, and the context. If your business is public facing and/or food related, you will need to control the vermin under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, or the Food Safety Act 1990. Other industries may also require action to avoid legal consequences.
